From our very first contact, you will deal with me exclusively, building trust, rapport and consistency from the outset.

Following a free, no-obligation telephone consultation, you will be invited for a face-to-face meeting at my Dundee office or a location of your choice. We can then work as flexibly as you wish, at a time that suits you, through a combination of telephone, online and in-person meetings or email communication.

Whatever your circumstances, I am here to help explain the process in plain English, supporting you throughout your case. I will work closely with you to ensure that I understand your concerns but, similarly, that you fully understand the process.

Legal matters can be expensive. However, unlike large firms with hundreds of staff and expensive offices, my practice is streamlined with the latest legal technology and an agile approach to working, minimising overheads and keeping your costs to a minimum.

I am committed to 100% transparency when it comes to costs. Where possible, a fixed fee will be offered and, if this is not appropriate, your fees will be calculated based on time spent, with regular updates as we progress. Through regular invoicing or monthly payments, your fee structure can be tailored to your circumstances. Amanda Wilson Family Law does not offer Legal Aid.
